Who are group classes intended for

Group classes are intended for the kids up to the age of 10. The reason for that is the fact that the kids acquire knowledge better when in a group of peers, especially when it comes to getting to know something new. For a child to acquire some new skill, the curiosity should overcome the fear of the unknown. That takes safe, encouraging environment, that is, group classes lead by the expert.

That is exactly what we are offering you, throughout the entire year.

Group lessons (1 hour and 30 minutes)

Before you book a class

We ask you to consider the personality and physical fitness of your child before you choose the type of classes and book a certain package. Children are not all the same, and you know your child the best. Let’s not forget, it is our common goal for your child to do something good for itself and its future, and feel good while doing it.

General Terms and Conditions

• A private lesson lasts 45 minutes. The price depends on whether the participant uses their own equipment or rented equipment.
• The price for each additional person refers to an extra participant joining the same private lesson slot.
• Lessons must be booked in advance. A reservation is considered confirmed after an agreement with the school and/or completion of payment, where applicable.
• Cancellation of a private lesson must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the lesson is considered used.
• If the lesson takes place outdoors, the school reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or interrupt it in case of rain, wet surface, strong wind, storm, extreme heat, or any other conditions that may endanger the safety of participants.
• A lesson cancelled by the school due to weather conditions is not considered used and will be rescheduled in agreement with the school, subject to available time slots.
• Protective equipment is mandatory for children. Protective equipment includes a helmet, wrist/palm guards, elbow pads and knee pads.
• A participant using their own equipment confirms that it is in proper condition, the correct size and suitable for safe use.
• When using rented equipment, the participant agrees to use it carefully, for its intended purpose and in accordance with the school's/rental's instructions.
• Refunds for a paid lesson, package or rental are not possible, except in exceptional cases of permanent or prolonged medical incapacity, supported by an appropriate medical report.
• By signing the registration form or declaration, or by receiving equipment, the user confirms that they are familiar with the price list, general rules, equipment usage rules and terms of service.

Payment Terms

Payment is made in Serbian dinars, in accordance with the current price list.

Payment can be made by:

• cash;
• payment card;
• bank transfer to a current account.

If the price of a service is stated in euros, payment is made in the dinar equivalent at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment.

Payment from abroad:

• By transfer to a foreign currency account from abroad: bank charges are borne by the payer.
• In case of changes in the monetary market, the service provider reserves the right to adjust prices.

Note: Prices are stated in RSD. The school reserves the right to change scheduled times in case of weather or other safety-related conditions. Use of the roller skating school and rental services implies acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, rules of conduct and signing of the relevant declaration/registration form.
