Who needs private classes

Private classes imply individual work with the instructor. It is intended for kids and adults with or without prior skiing experience. Ideal candidate for private classes is :

• a child or an adult who already skies on its own and needs to improve skiing technique
• an adult beginner
• child beginner who is shy and reacts better to one on one approach.

What are the advantages of individual classes

You have an undivided instructors attention on individual classes, he focuses on candidates need and adjusts his approach accordingly. In this way, a best, progress is made, both on snow on Kopaonik, and on artificial ground and simulator on Ada. Also, through direct communication with the instructor it is easier to correct the mistakes and wrong habits. Withdrawn children have great benefit from this type of classes because an instructor can motivate them, teach them and make them more independent directly, which influences their self confidence quite a lot later.

Private lessons (50 min)

Before booking a class

No meter the age and skill level of candidates, our mission is for our skiers, big and small, to enjoy skiing throughout the entire year and to welcome the snow as prepared as they can. Therefore, before you book lessons, we ask you to evaluate well your personal and/or your child’s, friend’s or partner’s physical fitness and affinities. We say and/or for why wouldn’t you learn and enjoy together? After all you learn the best when you love and with the ones you love.

General terms:

• For every second child attending group lessons discount is 10% (only for family). For different packages discount is valid for the cheaper package.
• Only one discount can be used
• The ski school tickets for group lessons are not transferable.
• Group lesson is booked only if deposit is paid, least first day of chosen package (difference before lesson starts)
• The cancellation of booked group lesson is only acceptable 48h prior to its beginning, otherwise a cancellation fee of full amount has to be charged.
• Communication regarding lesson reservations, payments and refunds takes place exclusively with the ski school office and must be confirmed by the ski school office.
• Refunds are issued only due to injury or illness, with a certificate from the local doctor. The difference only will be repaid (for each day lesson has not started).
• The costs of refunding the money (bank commission) are borne by the payer.
• Minimum number of participants in a group is 5, maximum is 9. If there are insufficient registered participants in a course, Skiada and service providers reserves the right to combine the groups or reduce number of lessons.
• Group lessons must be taken consecutively.
• 1 group lesson lasts 1h and 30min
• By using our services, you accept the Statement and agreement on the security of user services and compensation.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Methods of payment in the country:

• Means of payment: bank transfer, credit card
• If paid in Serbia should be in RSD (Republic Serbia Dinars), in accordance with the middle exchange of NBS on a payment day.
• For the international bank transfers all bank fees are to be charged from your account.
• Service provider reserves the right to change the rates due to monetary market fluctuation.

If you are not registered and do not settle your obligations at the booking of the ski school:

• you are not eligible to complaints on the quality of ski and snowboard lessons;
• you deprive yourself of the opportunity to enjoy skiing in accordance with safety and technical standards
